Cyber-rights?

Once again? Is anybody else having any problems with their cyber-rights or hushmail accounts? I was expecting a few emails and so far nothing in the past two and a half days. I think it's allowing me to send emails out just not showing me new emails that I have received. Tried to even send a few test emails and they didn't seem to go through either.

No, I don't think so. I was receiving emails fine just a few days ago and havn't changed a thing. All of a sudden just nothing? Maybe nobody loves me anymore, but at least my own emails would have gotten through.

Thanks partner! Doesn't look that good at the moment. Anyways, disregard the post because my two test emails just hit me, so my worst fear has been proven "NOBODY LOVES ME ANYMORE!".

were you getting ready for a show at that time ? if so what was your wieght and bodyfat...by the back shot I would 6-7%

Yeah, I was eight weeks out from a show I did last September. I was approx. 184 lbs there and about 7-8% bodyfat. Got down to 172lbs for my show, which was actually a little too light because I flattened down a bit too much. I was approx. 4.5% for my show. No more for me until I can come in towards the top of the light heavyweight class.

I'll leave that for you heavy hitters. I'm going to try and make it. The woman has to work so she isn't going to be able to go with me. I was actually thinking about giving J a shout to see if he wanted to go up there with me so I ain't lonely. Hope to see ya bro, and again best of luck to you!
