cuttting cycle and skin

just want to have your advices : I'm running a cutting cycle since 6 weeks and now my fat has almost disappeared,but on the low abs I still have a little fat but it seems to be just distended skin...did it happen to you bros ?

it might be water retension, or loose skin, one of my boyz has loose skin from his childhood; he was one fat fuck. some had success tightening up skin with the use of prep-h

Did that work permanently? I know a guy who has extra skin like a sharpei. Maybe it would help a little. I might have a little, but it seems to come and go. Odd.

To purchase prep H, you must go to the store and tell a pharmacist that your hemmorhoids are killing you and you need something because you can't sit down. They will direct you to the preparation H, which is meant to be rubbed in one's ass.

It Works pretty well actually and a good application (rubbed into skin well) will definetely last all day (great for a Beach or Waterpark day).

It seems to have a positive effect for a few days if I stay on my diet but Ive been eating like a freak during this little July 4 Hiatus so its hard to say right now. Ill have a better idea when the Work week resumes here Monday.

Hehe, you could do that...I was lucky enough to have me Mom pick some up at the store for me, lol. And BTW, be careful if ol Dad has got some in the Med cabinet, the applicator head will probably not be very Clean!

And also use the Prep after your morn/daily shower obviously.

You can also dry brush your body. The results are not instant but over time it will help to tighten you skin back up. Buy a natural bristle brush and brush your skin (before a shower when you are dry) in a circular counter clockwise motion. Also there are lotions on the market that help with elasticity. Neutrogena makes a good one and Nieva as well. Good luck.

CUREL w/ Q10 Does seem to work and is cheaper and less disgusting to use for chest/abs/where ever. Picked it up at the grocery store the other day, thought I'd share..
