HELP!! with Cutting

New to all this but been readin everyones posts for the last 4 months or so.
Been lifting for the last 2 and half years, I know for cutting you have to have a good diet and exercise, and I have been doing this. The problem is i cant seem to cut, I am not a fat ass and I have no problem building mass but i cant seem to trim down. Never used AS before but wondering if its gonna help for what i am looking to do. I take in about 2000 cals a day and do windsprints everyother, lift 5 days a week. Any suggestions?

Instead of windsprints do longer low intensity exercise on an empty stomach ( i.e. upon waking ).
 
Anyone can get leaner. AAS are not required. Your diet is fucked up bro. Not trying to flame you, but if you are eating the right foods in the right amounts you will get leaner. It's a fact of physiology.

Or you could have a slow thyroid. I would go to the doc and have it checked.
