I’m about to start my first cycle soon, and was looking for critiques of my plan.
Stats – 33, 5’9”, 170, 13-15%BF
I’ve worked out for years but got serious about 2 years ago and workout 4-5 days a week. Over the past few months I’ve gotten serious and educated about a proper diet and I’ve definitely seen improvements and benefits that I wouldn’t have thought before getting on it. Mostly a Paleo diet. Planned calories 2000-2750 day. I’ve also toned down the partying which has helped. I do strength training, cardio, and power lifting on my own, along with competitive circuit training once or twice a week.
Example of a back workout from yesterday. I’m trying to vary weight/reps from light/heavy on different days:
1. Improve endurance until fatigue occurs (circuit-type training)
2. Recover quicker. Better post workout habits and sleep have helped but I look forward to more help here
3. Strength gains (I want to clean/snatch my body weight comfortably)
4. Reduction of BF%
5. Size is the last priority but a bit wouldn’t be a bad thing
1-8 Var 55mg every day
4-8 HCGenerate 5 caps a day 3 am 2 pm
1-8 creatine 2.5-5g a day
8-12 forma-stanzol 5 pumps am and pm every day for the first 4 weeks 3 am and pm for the last 2 weeks.
8-12 Unleashed and Post Cycle 1 cap of each 3 times a day
Whey Protein ½ scoop before/after workout
I’m thinking this should suit me nicely, and the sups should augment the var making it more effective. I’m also thinking about starting to use the Forma now for 2 weeks ahead of kicking off the var, then hold off until week 8 to see its effects alone upfront. Thoughts? Am I missing anything or could anything be tweaked? Should i eat more even with the goal to reduce BF%? Thanks.

- Stretch
- Power Cleans 3x8 135 lbs
- Deadlifts 3x6 235 lbs
- Cable Rows 3x10 150 lbs
- Pullups 3x20 mixed in when resting from other lifts
- Delt Row 3x10 70lbs dumbbells
- Cardio (15 min)
- Stretch
