Im am going to start my cutting diet next week and had a few questions. First is what is the best fish oil to use. And i have a question about keeping LBM. I know its all about the diet but supplements can help. I wanted to know what would help me keep my LBM. I heard either xtend or contolled labs purple wrath is good. Maybe some glutamine or bcaa's. Any recomondations on what to use?
