cutting opinion

lets say somebody is round about 20% BF and has got only 6 weeks of time to cut down to an accettable level of BF lets say 12-13%.do u think thats possible?i know everybody is different and we always get differents results but talkin in very general terms,with a very strict clean diet clen,t3,eca and obviously a small amount of test and some good non aromatizing steroids to prevent muscle loss could it be possible?

i was thinking this program:

week 1-6 test prop 100mg eod
week 1-6 EQ 400mg week
week 1-6 50mg proviron day
week 1-6 1mg Arimidex day

like i sayd before im not lookin for anything crazy just to cut down to a more acceptable level of BF before i go on holyday so i don't look like shit.u can be as big and strong as u want but if ure not lean chicks don't giove a fuck about you.

When I played Foot Ball they ran us Twice a day in the Dead of Summer for 3 hours at a time ( not exagerating either)

we did this for 10 weeks ( natural no juice either)

after that I realized that one can change their body in 6-8 weeks if they really want to especially have no choice in the matter.......

i forgot to include cardio 3 times at week.
 
EQ's a waste at only 6 weeks. Run it 14-16 weeks or leave it alone. You’ll need to up cardio to 5 times a week at no less then 30 minutes at a time. It would be even better if you hit cardio twice a day. I just started doing this (20 minutes in the AM after workout then 30 minutes in the PM) and have noticed a HUGE reduction in BF.
 
naturally i can loose 3lbs a week a month id guess this isnt outrageous IMO by goign about 1000cals under amintence i.e. 2000cals a day which isnt too hard eat 8x a day each meal with about 40g of protein in it, eat veg no fruit carbs only pre and post workout (50:50 mix of simple and complex) with about 50g of fat per day this plus 10cv sessions a week as one of the lads say 2x a day is bext i probably hit up 6 mornings a weeka dn then 4 evening session (so mon-fri except on leg day) with eca and clen rotated. i would loose some muscle ont his (hence next cut i will using prop and var but keeping everything else the same and in 6 week you would be down around 15-20. Ye it is a crash diet and after if you aint careful it can go back on and it is hard to stick tot he diet but if you can you can loose the 6-7% bf that you want to loose. If you add in tren and t3 you could loose more depends on how trick your diet and cv is. BUt IMO 3x cv a session isnt enough that is the cv i do on a bulker.
 
thanks bros for all the advice i will up my cardio to at least 7 times at week and maybe run an oral like var or t-bol instead of EQ.Diet is not a problem for me i have enought discipline to follow it.

Diet and cardio are my concern bro........how did you get to 20% bodyfat if you have the discipline? Dropping 7% bodyfat in 6 weeks will be an accomplishment, but not very practical for someone that really doesn't know how to follow a disciplined diet.

Assuming you will do what you have to do on the diet, then if I had to crash my bodyfat over 6 weeks, I would start with just about everything from the AF store, (including cardio breeze cause your gonna need to do a lot). Then I would consider tren, anavar, small dose of test and clen. I would still include either the proviron or arimidex, I wouldn't use both.

I really don't see the benefit of using the EQ for 6 weeks, for the money you will spend, you may not notice that much benefit in 6 weeks. Tren would make a better 6 week cycle IMO.

Lots of Cardio throw in sprints to they help build muscle and cut fat..Also run in the morning before you eat this will burn fat faster since there where wont be food etc.. to burn...

usually when i bulk i eat everything i can get away with,mostly clean food this will guarantee me to build good size but obviously fat and water is also there.i will run test prop with some var or t-bol and adex i don't think ill need tren as at the moment i don't need to look that ripped.i had a look at the af store some good products there but i wonder if they can be shipped also to italy?since im not in the US.thanks for the advice and the good look i will keep u posted and yes this is definally a spring break :)
