cutting gel kinda sucks ass... ok it didn't work at all for me or anyone i know that tried it... using the yohimburn now and noticed a difference in a week... not mindblowing mind you but enough to make me feel better about spending my money on it... it would be really good to use if you were close to where you wanted to be... but it won't shrink the big mac effects or anything that massive.
