cutting gel

what kind of results you guys get from cutting gel?i just picked up some today.its like spreading freakin pine sap on your body.hope it works

I am on about day 8 and I think I'm beginning to see aome results on my abs. The stuff is pretty thick. I can't be sure it is the gel working or the fact that I started doing more cardio. I'll keep the board updated.
