Hey guys, so I pinned for the first time, I'm using .5 ml of Test E (500mg). 2X a week and after my shots my injection sites hurt for a couple of days. I heard about adding sterile oil to help with the pain but my only question is how would I go about doing that? I have only pinned my delt and quad (never again) so far.
