cutting for summer - take a look

height: 5'10''
weight: 206
body fat: 11%

cycle:
test - weeks 1-8 - 500mg
OR
EQ - weeks 1-8 - 400mg

winny ** - weeks 2-8 - 50mg ed
t-3 - weeks 4-8 - tappering 25mcg to 100mcg and down to 25mcg.
Nolvadex - weeks 1-11 - 20mg ed - for bloat


*still undecided on what test to use, probably stick with omnadren again.

diet:
4-6 meals a day.
NO protein shakes. (still trying to find one i can keep down)
3000 clean calories a day.
1 tablespoon flax seed oil ed.
At least 1 gallon water ed.

workout:
Mon/Thurs - chest/back/lats
Tues/Fri - bis/tris/forearms
Wed/Sat - shoulders/legs/traps
Sun - day off
*everyday at least 300 sit-ups and 300 standing calf raises.
*no cardio (might add 20min 3x's a week)

Goals:
body fat: 6-8% while maintaining/adding little muscle.
build some size on my legs
thin down around the waist
Work on getting a 6-pack
 
seasonal bodybuilders kill me. Come on man, do you have a competition this summer? Why cut up? To impress the ladies? I say do a mass cycle unless you're already huge. You got a foundation of mass you build and by "cutting for summer" your deviating from the everpresent goal to become HUGE.
 
What about this:

Test Prop 500mg/week 1-8
EQ 500mg/week 1-10
Winny 50mgED Weeks 2-6

Your training isnt very good. You only give yourself three days to recover and you work Tris the day after Chest. Always divide Chest, Shoulders, and Tris throughout the week. If you want to get down 6% your gonna need some cardio. I would also drop the cals to 2500.
