Cutting FAST!

Just curious about how the aas vets feel about cutting weight mma style while 'on'. Most of my good friends are fighters, and one is making weight for a fight coming up next week. I am seriously contemplating training with him for a week to get exactly where I want to be. Obviously going to the extremes a lot these guys go to to make weight in a hurry is not healthy.

Seeing as I have 2 weeks left of a 400/wk test cycle right now, I was wondering if the gear could aid in not losing as much muscle as my bro who is not 'on'. He has never used, and never plans to, so unfortunately doesn't have an answer for me. I am at 15% right now, and my bro is certain I can get down to 10-12% in a week easy. He is obviously going to lose fat, a fuckload of water, and some muscle mass. Whats going to happen to me in the muscle mass department, being 'on', I have no idea.

If theres a chance I'm going to lose a substantial amount of muscle in the process, I'll stick with my diet right now, which is working fine. I will not be eating fuck all for carbs/cals, and know I'll feel like absolute shit. It's just that after this fallout with my ex-whore giraffe gf, I just feel like smashing shit constantly, so I want to strip all the fat I can fast, and proceed to throw it in her sexy little friend, who I am already getting very well aquainted with, and look better than ever doing it. Payback time. I have one week to cut with my bro, then I have to go back to my jackhammer for the season as well. All thoughts/opinions/facts/experiences or tips not only welcome, but greatly appreciated. Thanks bros!
 
You think you can drop 2-3% bodyfat in a week? Impossible. Maybe if you were obese and never dieted, lifted a weight, performed a single step of cardio, and took DNP+Thyroid+Test you would drop pure bodyfat like that, but, other than that, NO WAY!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the best thing for you to focus on at this point is formulating realistic goals with the PROPER motivational reasons backing them.

Not only do I think I can...I KNOW I can bro! It sure as fuck isn't healthy or smart, but can be done. Only thing I am worried about is losing too much muscle. I know it's not smart, and I am not absolutely going to do it. Maybe I'm just fucked in the head...in that case, plz disregard this post. Simple as that. I've seen another good bro of mine drop from a hefty 25% to 18% in under 2 weeks. He felt like death, and was back up to 22% a week later. Don't get me wrong bro, I definitely see your point, and this is exactly why I posted. Thank you for your input.
 
I think most of what you are seeing with these massive weight changes over the course of a week is dehydration. That's why guys are back up in weight the next few days. Your bf % is going to measure less as the fat cells are robbed of water along with the rest of your body. I really dehydrated myself for my first bodybuilding competition a couple years back. I weighed in at 197 around noon on Sat. By sunday evening I weighed over 210. That's 13 plus pounds in about a day and a half. Just my opinion.

Bro this is the same cutting style I used to do for wrestling. It's true you can loose an unimaginable amount of weight in a very short period of time with dehydration, but for the most part that's most of what your loosing(water) if your in decent shape to begin with. I cut around 20 lbs regularly with dehydration, starvation(day before) and sad to say laxatives on occasion, but the weight did come back. That's the point in that cutting style, so when you eat and rehydrate you are bigger again, stronger again! Now I saw overweight people train with us that lost weight at an ungodly rate, but fat people are a whole different situation.
 
Wow, thanks a lot bros. This is exactly what I needed. After a good nights sleep for once, and reading the responses here, I just gave my head a good shake. I am in a fucked up situation right now, and quite honestly when I'm on, I believe my thought process is sometimes a bit off. I now realize this is not in my best interest. The cons simply outweigh the pros. I think what I am going to do is just do the intense training with my bro for a week before I head back to work, but stick to my regular diet and avoid the feeling like death part. I do not need to strip 3-5% bf to piss her off, I had my reason which I wont get into here, and now realize it was def not the right reasoning/motivation. I look damn good as it is, and have a date with the sexy lil latina friend tonite. She can put that in her pipe and smoke it as is. What I need to do is stay focused on my proper training/nutrition, and forget about that fucking whore. Well, time to poke the prop, thanks for saving my sorry ass from making another dumbass impulse decision bros! Precisely why I posted here.

Exactly. Besides pissing her off will only make you feel better for a little while. It's a waste of time. Just move on, put your energy into working out and dating this other chick. Think of this not getting back at the other girl as a way of improving yourself. You keep making yourself better and you will start attracting better people...I don't just mean physically either. Just like your body, if it's not growing it dying, your brain is the same way. Getting back at people kills it. Moving on and making yourself better makes it grow. Impulse and rage are for the weak. Control is for the strong. Good luck bro.
