Cutting Diet

Is my diet and workout schedule good? (5'7 - 175 lbs) good muscle mass but just that stubborn layer of ab flab.

Meal 1 - 6 egg whites, cup of oatmeal
Meal 2 - nitro tech shake in water and fruit
Meal 3 - Tuna or chicken with a vegetable or fruit
Meal 4 - nitro tech shake or tuna and a low fat yogurt
Meal 5 - chicken wraps, fish or steak with vegetable
Meal 6 - tuna or shake, scoop of low fat peanut butter

Workout schedule:

M - Chest/abs/calves/30-35 elliptical or treadmill walk
T - Bis/Tris/Traps/30-35 cardio as above
W - off
T - Shoulders/Legs/abs/calves
F - Back/Traps/forearms/abs/cardio as above

I just want to burn as much bodyfat as possible. Is everything I am doing ok.
 
Lose the fruits and use more healthy EFA's and focus on PWO nutrition.
