cutting diet

can anyone recomend a good cutting diet, and I'm talking about really good cutting diet, i need to get lean fast.

I have some thermorexin, glucorell r, liporexin, etc to help myself out...

i'm 19, 225 lbs now already lost like 5 pounds but diet is what I need.

if possible I wanna eat 4 times a day not more then that and work out at around 4 every day, then later at night do sprints or just run around the lake which is about 3 miles cause I'm trying to get in shape for basketball... which is comming up pretty soon here.

I already got some protein also and some creatine which i'm planning on using after I lose some more fat.


any comments and suggestions will be much apreaciated

You could try running a CKD

if you want something more long term and you don't wanna lose the carbs then try berardi's don't diet diet protocl
I got great results with this diet

basically you calculate how many calories you need to maintain ur weight
then you just eat carbs and protein at breakfast or after training or in the earlier part of the day, the rest of the times you eat proteins + fats.
