Cutting diet for new cycle

Can someone please write me up a good diet for my upcoming cutting cycle?

I am pretty much in the dark about a good cutting diet.

I will be taking winny/EQ/and test prop for my cutting cycle.

Someone please help me, I would really appreciate it.

meal 1: 24oz milk, 60g of whey protein, 1.5 cups oatmeal, 3 tbsp peanut butter
meal 2: 10 oz 95%lean beef, 2 cups cooked rice, 2 cups mixed veggies
meal 3: 10 oz chicken, 10oz baked potatoe, 2 cups brocilli (sp?), 2 tsp butter
meal 4 60grams whey protein, 1 banana
meal 5 10 egg whites, 5 rice cakes, 3 tbsp peanut buttter


here is a basic outline of a diet that helped me.
 
When should all of these meals be taken and at what time is the latest I should eat in the day?
