Cutting Cycle

This is what is suggested to me by someone and mind you I am not going to up and run it right away I am trying to get more information and feedback and get my BF down first. This is a cutting cycle suggested


Sust 500mgs/wk wks 1-12
primo 400mgs/wk wks 1-12
winny 50mgs/day wks 1-6
var 50mgs/day wks 6-12

clomid and nolvadex also

What does the peanut gallery think? The main goal it to get more vascular and cut up and get stronger. So how would you all tweak it? Give me info opinions and let me process it. I am not in a rush to star a cycle but I am trying to put something together so I can research it properly
 
If this is your first cycle I wouldnt use all that. My first cycle was also a cutting cycle and I saw great results from winny alone EOD. Now Sust isnt a bad thing but if your going to run it as a cutting cycle and it being your first cycle I would keep the Sust at 250mg a week. But like I said some wiiny for 5-6 weeks at 50 mg's ED or even EOD will show good results
 
You never mention your age, but it doesn't matter. You need to stop going out, doing drugs, getting the munchies and Killing your diet!
Get up early in the AM before 1st meal and do cardio. after that 1st meal- egg whites and oatmeal. the rest if the day chicken and greens or some brown rice. Training at night.
Eating every 2-3 hours. 3-4 oz. of chicken is enough.
I am not recommending AS to you right now. You are too inconsistant and AS will NOT make you loose weight.
Do that for 12-16 week and your weight will be way down!

There is no way you should be asking about a cutting cycle. You shouldn't consider AAS until you have been working out consistently for atleast a year and most will say more like 2 years with a consistent diet. If you have a hard time following a diet you should try to keep it as simple as possible. Try following sweeds diet and if that is still too tough look into the peanut butter diet by Mr X. I followed that diet for the first 5 weeks to get back into the swing of things and to get my diet back to where it should be and it helped a lot. Cut out the drinking and the drugs and if you are really dedicated about getting back into shape then you shouldnt be going out and drinking. You can still go out without drinking. Tom Venutos book is definitely the best place to start so you can fully understand everything about your body and your diet and to help with motivation. Also you have already posted a pic of yourself up here so why not use bodyspace.com as additional motivation and to track your progress? Just a thought...Good luck Bro and stick around this board will definitely help.
 
Just one clarification I have been clean and sober 2 years almost so I am good in that aspect. I justmentioned that aspect to describe my past and why when I cleaned up I put on so much weight. Also I am not looking to cycle right now but I am gathering information. I may be green but not foolish. Oh yeah and I am 32.

I will be honest though I am foolish. I trained hard from 20-26. I get angry that the body doesn't respond as well. I don't have an visions of granduer but of course I still do. The grey area. Trust me I appreciate you bro's looking out fo my health first and not pushing junk on me! My cheating is pretty minimal but I am really really hard on myself since I am working out with people with far better genetics (and drugs) than I. Cardio is hands down my ultimate weakness. My listed diet I am spot on for 5 out of 7 days and pretty close the other two likely two real bad meals a week. I just need to tweak that diet. My cardio is so so so spotty though.

So back on topic I would realistically run this or any cycle at around 15% when I get down there that is the "goal" in my head.
