cutting cycle taylored for me....

wow, I ran a search for cutting cycles, and I got a poop load of results, but mostly stuff that does not really fit what I want.
I know they dont cut, they build mass, but correct me if I am wrong, but AS will increase the protein synthesis, thus increasing the fat burning mechanism.
I am currently dieting down. Finally got my diet under control, doing about a 500-700 calorie deficit, 6 meals a day, 40/40/20 split. Losing about 1.5 to 2 pounds a week.
Once I hit a certain point, I want to harden up a bit, not add mass, just harden up and use the protien synthesis to burn off that extra fat.

Should I run a low dose for about 8 weeks? Prop or sust?
That is my question, just looking to harden up. What would you recommend?
Or am I totally off base here?
I have run many cycles in the past, it just has been awhile.

i would use a low dose of test for about 8 weeks. like 250mg of test-e ew or 75mg eod of test-p though i would push u more toward the testosterone propionate. keep carbs low, perhaps run an eca - ephedrine - caffeine - aspirin stack, and of course hit the cardio. u want to run a minimum dose so u dont go catabolic. so the lower u can get away with the better. u could throw in some Anavar - oxandrolone - or winnie. KEEP PROTEIN high at all cost.
 
I was leaning towards the prop as well. Just wanted to get other opinions.
My plan was to lower the carbs more and bascially everything you said once I hit that certain point. Thanks 8and20, good advice.

One thing, can you explain why keeping it low will prevent catabolic effects?
I always thought, and just ran a quick search that AS prevent (to a degree) catabolic breakdown.
 
lower calories = Primobolan (300-500/week)take you bmr-20% and you will still build as long as as 8and20 said nuf protein + a little prop

good advice. i would run test prop for what your goals are. and maybe add some anavar or primo.

i didnt mean that keeping a low dose in general was enuf for anti-catabolic per say. though around 250ew is good for me. i meant no need to go on super high dose to get that effect. take the minimum amount possible that will maintain your mass while u melt the fat away. that dose maybe a little higher or lower than what i use. but if u use too much (sure u will most certainly avoid catabolic state) u will just waste the gear as your are not really trying to build mass. i hope i am making sense.
