Stats are 5'10", 172 pounds, around 12 -13%bf. Since this will be a cutting cycle I am going to try and get around 2200-2500cals daliy with around 60grams of Fat. First off being that I dont have flax oil.. Where is a good source for getting the good fats that I need? Nuts, maybe omega 3 pills? Also I will be trying to get as much protien as I can.. Hopefully get most of my cals. from protien shakes.. I think my shakes a 40grams of protien and like 250 cals.. another question is how much saturated fat in a day should you consume.. I know that the object is to try and stay away from it, but I find that almost impossible to do. So that is my first set of questions.. Below you will find my cycle
1-10 Sus250 500mgs week
3-13 EQ 400mgs a week
2-13 clen two weeks on/two off ECA stack on off weeks
25mgs of provion through out the cycle
Nolva on hand just in case
Working out like a normal cycle.. Just making sure that I have a damn good diet.. Cardio 5 days a week 30-45 min...morning and night
My goal is to get around 9%bf...
