cutting cycle-my diet help me out!

morning 7 olclock-3 scopes whey

11:30- 3 scope whey
with tuna or chicken wrap

2:00(pre workout)
a few eggwhites or some cottage cheese

3:30 (after workout)
3 scope whey

6:00
steak or some sort of chicken or lean meat wrap

7:00 cottage cheese

8:30
1.5 whey scope

i was wondering how u think this diet looks im looking to cut up im 200 and am 5'8 about 14-16 bf...
my cycle will be
fina weeks 1-5 75mgs ed
winny weeks 1-5 50mgs ed
clen 1 week on 1 week off..

does my diet look good? i my goal is to get to about 210 and lower my bf to about 10 please help me out guys if i should add or take away anything for eating..ill be geting about 350-380 grams of protein a day thanks!
 
To much protein powder and not enough carbs.....I would cycle your calories during the week....2 low days, 2 high days, 2 low days, and a really high day......add some fat on the low days (peanut butter is good) and add some fruit on the high days.....try to space your meals evenly throught the day, 2.5-3 hours apart.....
 
how much fat,carbs and protein should i be getting in? also on the really high day? do i carb up i dont really understand?do i eat both fruits and and some more fat or? thanks for the help bro im planning on trying this
 
How much do you weigh?....I'm 240 and have started my diet for my show in April....Sun, Mon- 3000 cals; Tues, Wed- 3600; Thurs, Fri- 3200; Sat- 4000......I eat 300 grams of protein over 6 meals (50 a meal) so from everything I subtract 1200 cals.....I add PB on the 4 low days (200 cals)....the rest is carbs which for me is oatmeal, brown rice, and 2 cups of pineapple juice in my post workout shake.....the 3 high days I don't eat any pb....I drink 2 shakes out of my 6 meals and will go to no shakes 4 weeks from my show......on the 3600 days I eat 6 pieces of fruit (600 cals plus 1200 protien plus 1800 carbs)....on the real high day I eat 10 pieces of fruit....I must say I didn't come up with this myself....a national masters competitor is doing my cycle and diet for me....hope I haven't confused you

I think you should be getting some carbs post-workout...probably more important that the prot immediately after working out. Good luck!
