Cutting between cycles

I've been off cycle for 5 wks now and have decided to try and cut some of the fat that I gained on cycle. I always cut very slowly or else I always seem to lose too much of my muscle mass. My diet consists of 2.5 lbs chicken, ANPB,almonds,milk,eggs,whites,2 bananas and some ww bread. It comes out to 400g prot, and 280 carbs (130 of which is dextrose in PW shake) and about 130g fat. Total cals/day is 3900. Was at 5000-5500 while on. I cut carb intake 3hrs befor I go to bed. I'm not doing any cardio, just my normal w/o routine. I started cycle at 173 and ended at 203. I'm now 190 at about %13-%15.This is probably on the high side though. Started cycle at about %11-%12. Is there something I should change to keep more lean mass while cutting? Something I could take? Maybe t-3? I don't want to lose all my gains just to shed a few lbs of fat. Mostly looking for diet suggestions but any would be appreciated.
 
Don't take T3 off cycle. You'll lose too much of the mass you just put on.
SesaPure/Glucorell and add Levorex, unless you want a stimulant. If you do want a stim then go all out and get Thermorexin.
Drop your calories to 2200/day 40/30/30. No carbs before lunch or after dinner. Unless you train in the morning of course.
That'll do it. You'll drop fat like crazy.

My cutting routine looks similar to this, but my nutrient ratios are 60/20/20.

I'm afraid I'd disappear w/ that little amount of cals. I know I'd lose fat but wouldn't that low of cals take alot of muscle with it or is that just unavoidable? Does the ses/gluc do anything to preserve muscle while cutting?
 
What is your BMR?

You have a LBM around 163 lbs. My current LBM is 211 and I'm taking in 2200 calories per day. It's a more extreme cut for me, so I'm using AS to preserve the muscle.

Determine your BMR and then cut back slightly.

According to the BMR calc. it is 1980 cals. Do you still mantain a lot of your muscle cutting back on the cals that much? I'm always paranoid of loosing muscle because I'm such a hard gainer. I work so hard to get it and it kills me when I see it just melt away.

I'm using AS to preserve muscle, because 2200 is a more drastic cut for me than it would be for you. The key is to continually assess your results and make adjustments, as needed. I keep logs of my workouts, so I can assess any changes to strength. I take weekly body measurements. I track my food intake, so I can correlate any changes to my body with my diet.
 
i take eca stack 3 times a day every 5 hours 30mins before meals and liqudex. i drink 1 gallon of water a day and only 30mins of cardio 6 days a week after work out.

You're eating 3900 calories a day. You're not burning 3900 calories a day. You won't lose fat doing that. You're going to have make up your mind whether you want to look ripped or not. Many men on this board are afraid of losing size, even though it's fat. It's a mental thing. Those that do lose the fat find they look much bigger when they do.

It's definetly a mental thing. I just don't want to look the same as I did before I started my cycle. That seems a little counterproductive. I'll try lowering the cals slowly to see how my body reacts.
