I've been off cycle for 5 wks now and have decided to try and cut some of the fat that I gained on cycle. I always cut very slowly or else I always seem to lose too much of my muscle mass. My diet consists of 2.5 lbs chicken, ANPB,almonds,milk,eggs,whites,2 bananas and some ww bread. It comes out to 400g prot, and 280 carbs (130 of which is dextrose in PW shake) and about 130g fat. Total cals/day is 3900. Was at 5000-5500 while on. I cut carb intake 3hrs befor I go to bed. I'm not doing any cardio, just my normal w/o routine. I started cycle at 173 and ended at 203. I'm now 190 at about %13-%15.This is probably on the high side though. Started cycle at about %11-%12. Is there something I should change to keep more lean mass while cutting? Something I could take? Maybe t-3? I don't want to lose all my gains just to shed a few lbs of fat. Mostly looking for diet suggestions but any would be appreciated.
