Cutting and hardening cycle

What do you all suggest
i am 6 ft
245 16% body fat
bench 225 for 17
military press *standing* 245 for 1
squat 375 for 8
what shoudl i use?
i know i too fat

many options bro.
how many cycles under your belt?
what did they consist of?

most will recommend tren although its not really a good choice for beginners.

primo/winny will do a fine job and is rather safe.

Heck, anything will do. Diet, cardio and training are most important, but to keep your muscle, you can take test, primo, tren... the list goes on. A lot of steroids will cut you up and help preserve muscle mass.
 
I never did a cycle befor
i have been training for about 4 years pretty heavy lifting
i am 25
and i generally take off about 3 months a year because of work or school
