Cutting and hardening cycle

What do you all suggest
i am 6 ft
245 16% body fat
bench 225 for 17
military press *standing* 245 for 1
squat 375 for 8
what shoudl i use?
i know i too fat

Why is 16% BF too fat? I'm 17.9% at the mo and I don't look at all fat, can see my abs etc.

If you can see your abs you are NOT 17.9%. You either need to get your eyes checked or to get bf tested again!!
 
its all up to the diet/cardio.

personally i like to cut on primo and/or deca.

Exactly right.I have actually cut on dbol,deca and test before and loved it.Very little to no bloat and strength through the roof while restricting calories and doing cardio. :chomp:
