I have been cutting down for the last 3 weeks. I have lowered my intake to the following:
Carbs; 300 grams per day
Fat: 30 grams per day
Protein:200 grams per day (EAS 2 scoops 2per day plus before going to sleep.
At least 1 gallon of water per day. So I know I am hydrated.
Felt great for 3 weeks until yesterday, starting to feel as I was getting a cold, then fever. Been in bed for 2 days now. Not taking anything esle (AAS).
Now, I lower to this amount gradually and have allowed myself 1 (sometimes 2) cheating days.
What could it be. Same thing happened to me years back. But I was cutting for over 1 month.
