Cutting after first cycle good idea?

I started at about 163, and ended up at a heavy 187 after my first cycle. My body fat has gotten a bit higher and was curious, if it is a good idea to start cutting with a EFA stack and up my cardio. I don't want to lose to much of my gains, but would like to shred up a bit. I've been off for 2 weeks, and am not sure if it is a good idea to start cutting because of my low test levels now that I am off. Would it be even more catabolic to my muscles to cut now or should I wait till my test levels are back to normal. Or even run the ECA stack during my next cycle? I stand at 182lbs right now. I would say I am about 15% bodyfat.
 
BAAAAAD idea bro, You will lose a lot of your gains if you diet.. For now up your cals and protein and diet in about 2 months when your htpa is normal

What if diet is kept the same, but used ECA stack and upped the cardio?

Wouldn't carbs be beneficial in maintaing muscle size? I thought the point of R-ala is to block carbs in your intake? And what is biotin?
 
Get some clen and kynoselen. Take the kyno IM, 2cc's/week per 40lbs. of bodyweight. Get some clen and do 1 week on and 1 week off. Take r-ala with biotin 3x a day with carbs. Keep protien high and train 4-5 days a week, concentrating on basic heavy movements. Don't diet for at least 4-6 months.

It's fine to increase your cardio a bit and take eca (also a bit anti-catabolic)

I wouldn't decrease your cal's to much for atleast a month after!

Also if you do get clen: then take 2 week on, 2 weeks off! (eca on your off weeks)

Thanks! I never knew that ECA was anticatabolic. I know that clen is though.
 
Bro, do NOT decrease calories for at least 4 wks after cycle. It is easier to lose a lb of fat then gain a lb of muscle remember that. Kind of sucks during summer, but keep your calories a little over maintaince while on clomid. Wait at least a month to diet or your gains will go out the window, you cann't diet with low test levels, i cannot stress how important this concept is. Just suck it up for 2 more wks. And don't cut calories too much for at least another month.
