I started at about 163, and ended up at a heavy 187 after my first cycle. My body fat has gotten a bit higher and was curious, if it is a good idea to start cutting with a EFA stack and up my cardio. I don't want to lose to much of my gains, but would like to shred up a bit. I've been off for 2 weeks, and am not sure if it is a good idea to start cutting because of my low test levels now that I am off. Would it be even more catabolic to my muscles to cut now or should I wait till my test levels are back to normal. Or even run the ECA stack during my next cycle? I stand at 182lbs right now. I would say I am about 15% bodyfat.
