cut immediate after bulk cycle?

running 500mg/week of test E. and 30mg dbol ed for the last 4 weeks of my cycle.

i have put on substantial muscle gains, along with some good amount of body fat. (although i have been eating pretty clean, so i'm convinced most of it will be water retention/bloat)

my question is, immediately following my PCT can i jump straight into cutting this body fat down? i am about 20% right now and would like to be down 10% by summer. (is this even a reasonable goal to have? in terms of time and etc??)

i'm wondering basically if my body will be more prone to become catabolic on the new muscle so soon after a cycle. and if i should try to maintain weight/mass for "x" amount of months before trying to cut.

anyone have any insight into this? thanks

your goal is to recover and then i would start cutting down slowly during your bridge. focus on your diet and cardio.. your workouts need to be sped up.

cut down to 14%... then bulk up a bit.. then cut down.. bulk up.. until you are 10%.. this is gonna take maybe a couple years.

wanting to cut down 10% body fat by summer is unrealistic if you want keepable gains.. if you want to just go catabolic with your diet and go balls to the wall cardio it can be done.. i'm talking going almost vegan with your diet and running 30+ miles a week.. but then you would lose a ton of strength and mass in the process and when you went back to a bodybuilder type diet the fat will come back on quick. anything you do quick isn't sustainable unless you stick to what made you like that.
