Customs Seizure??

A friend tried to order GH from China. It comes with a tracking number. But it has been stuck in customs in San Fran. since the 17th

1. I read on another thread that more than 1-2 days and you can consider seized. Has anyone seen where this has not been true?

2. I also told him that I wonder if it will still be good if it does show up in the next couple of days. I believe it was shipped for the manf. around the 14th. Anyone know how long it can stay unfridged?

if it needs to be refridgerated and it wasn't shipped in dry ice it probably won't be any good even if it does get thru.....

I had read that the shipping usually took about 6 days and that the packages got there and the cool pack is usually empty. I am not sure if the cool pack is dry ice or what.

I found another recent thread that is similiar to my friends story. I don't think the guy got his delivery. I think my friend is out of luck either way. Glad he was the guinea pig this time.
