my neighbor is a regional mgr. for ups and he told me that on theyre online tracking system it DOES come up as seized or held pending customer notification. now i dont know how you sent your package, so this may be of no help to you, but i would assume that usps,fed ex and dhl would all have similar policies. the government though,...............who knows?
