Anyone know of a person or service that I can talk to about establishing my nutrient requirements and then having that translated into a day menu with actual food and real portion sizes? preferably someone that would make a plan for before and during a cycle? basically I just want someone to write down what and how much of something to eat and when..
and before I get the "you could just read" comments, I'm aware of that option.
