Current Cycle Update!!!

I'm currently in my 5th week of 1000mg test enanthate and I'm up to 230lbs from 210lbs. I'm running 1 mg arimex and 20mg nolva ed. This was just suppose to be a simple "in between" cycle before I begin my summer run. It's been about a year since my last cycle(alright probably closer to 9months), but I've been VERY pleased so far. I've been running a VERY CLEAN bulking diet of 4100 cals(40%/30%/30%). When I started at 210lbs my bf was 8%. While I'm sure it has gone up a bit, it hasn't gone too high since I still have no problem seeing my abs. I'm off to the gym, just in a good mood and wanted to share.

The following is a diet that I have been following to a T. It isn't the most glamourus foods(actually quit bland), but it gets the job done. Each meal actually consists of the same exact foods when I start to cut. I just subtract as needed. The key was I amped up to the 4200 cals over about 12 weeks, rather than just adding 1k cals overnight. Anyways here it is:

Meal1-
1 cup oats
16 egg whites
1 tbsp pb

Meal2(PWO)-
50g dextrose
2.5 scoops protein
1/2 cup of oats

Meal3-
3 slices wheat bread
3 chicken breasts
2 tbsp of flax

Meal4-
1 full yam(pretty large)
3 chicken breats
2 tbsp of flax

Meal5-
1 cup of oats
2 scoops of protein
1 tbsp of pb

Meal6-
2 chicken breasts
2 tbsp of flax

Breaks down to:
420grams of protein(40%)
310grams of carbs(30%)
130grams of fats(30%)
4200 total cals
 
8 chicken breasts a day??????

I realize you're getting great results and have a ton more experience than I do but is 1 yam, 1.5 cups of oats, and 3 slices of bread enough carbs for getting big? I guess your results speak for themselves and I Should just shut up and learn.

16 egg whites and 1000mg of test...don't drown the girl
 
Congrats so far man! Your starting weight is my goal weight...and that'll take a while to get to! lol

its all individual. alot of people can achieve great gains on very low carbs. i can. unfortunately i have to watch my calories like a hawk year round and have to be no higher than bodyweight x 14 when bulking or i get fat. its all about knowing what you need to grow. took a few years of year round dieting but i did it. anyone can figure it out. takes time.
