I would never EVER recommend someone diet more than 3 months straight.
Instead Cycle it, you will get MUCH better results.
Run it something like this:
56 days, diet.
30 days, LEAN clean bulk up
56 days, diet.
30 days, LEAN clean bulk up
56 days, diet.
30 days, LEAN clean bulk up
30 days, diet.
You should be extremely happy with the way your body will look after wards.
