No, it will actually make you lose body fat. Not speaking from experience, b/c I believe in carbs in my diet, but I do have friends that have been on it, and they did lose a lot of body fat, but also lost quit a bit of muscle while on it too. If your goal is just to lose body fat, then I say go for it, if you want to preserve as much muscle mass as possible or even gain muscle while losing fat, then you need to add carbs to you diet.
