9am 3 Eggs 2 bacon 1 1/2 Scoops Whey

11:30am 1/2lb Sirloin, Cooked Onions, alot of fresh Garlic, bit of sourcream
fat 22 Protein 50

1:00 Lifted LEGS, Probally the Most intense Leg Workout Ive had in a while

2:00pm 1 packet of sweet tarts, 50grams of whey, 10 Creatine
10 Glutamine. 1000mgs ALA, Even with the Sweet Tarts
after 1/2hour or 1 hr I was in KEto Because of THE ALA
ALA is pretty damn Interesting. I dont know what exactly is
Happening, But I think im able to Fill My muscles up with
Glycogen, and then enter KEtosis. I go out of keto 1 hr Later. I dont want to be there, BAD BAD BAD.
Fat 0 Protein 50 Carbs 50

4:00pm 3 Scoops of Whey 1 Tbsp Flax Oil
fat 13 Protein 75
6:00pm 1/2lb steak onions, sour crea,
fat 20 Protein 50
9:00pm 3 scoops whey 1 Tbsp Flax Oil
Fat 13 Protein 75
10:00pm 1 7gram EAS protein bar

That is a sample day, Ive been logging cals and ratios all week and will post more pics on sunday.

NOTES : Sweet tarts TASTE Good, and are half Dextrose half Malodextrin.

Ive been eating onions alot, I put a ton of them in a pan with some minced garlic some oilve oil and eat it with my steak, Almost like Mexican food with out the Shells.

Im also taking 4 Citrucel Tablets a day for my fiber, I hate Green Veggies, U cant make me eat IT.

I feel great almost all day, but get tired around 7 then Feel Energized around 8 again My second WInd, Who knows.

Im wondering if my fat/protein is off for my steak, I alternate bewteen Flank, Skirt, and Sirloin. But I keep getting various info on fat/protein content.

Any IDEAS let me know, and I hope this helps out with some Ideas.
