Crossing Over (the film) question

For those that have seen the film, what is your opinion / perspective of the young Arabic girl that gave the speech in her classroom regarding 9/11? Was she condoning the actions the terrorists took or merely stating that she "understood" (empathy?) why they took such actions?

I don't like movies where whites get along with blaques/messicans/mooslims.

But her point was that she understtod why they did it as opposed to actually supporting it.

Me neither orb, which is why I watched Syriana after wards to remedy this problem, though as I may have interpreted her actions wrongly I needed the perspectives of others.

Good stuff. I also recommend watching any scene with Keifer Sutherland in A Time to Kill in order the cleanse yourself after watching films like Crossing Over, Crash, etc.
