My stats are 6'3, 230lbs
Edit: I am trying to use this as a cutter.

This is a diet that I'm looking at starting this Sunday, and I'm looking for some tips and pointers and suggestions.

Meal 4 Protein Fat Carbs Calories

Hate to bump my own post, but I'm going to the grocery store tomorrow so if anyone has some advice I'd appreciate it so I buy the right things.
 
You say this is for a cutter..it will certainly do that. Your well into caloric deficit and given the almost non existant carbs your going to cause muscle loss. Are you that overweight that this diet is called for?
 
I guess I'm not THAT overweight. I have gone from 292->230 lbs, but I want to drop my bf to like 12-13%. I have a scheduled analysis for next thursday, so I'm not sure where my bf is at right now but I'm guessing probably somewhere around 19% or so.
 
Are you weight training? Cycling?

I would tend to advocate a little more conservative approach and seems you have already done exceptionally well. Hard to function on that little amount of carbs unless you upped the fats more.
 
Lift 5 days a week and do 30 min of cardio after each lifting session, 1 day a week I do just a straight hour of cardio. definitely not cycling, nor do i plan on doing so.

so in order for me to make this work i have to eat more fats, how many grams is recommended that i take in daily
