Critique my Winter Bulk

23 years old, 6 feet, 185lbs, 12-15% bf
Workingout for 5+ years never with a calculated diet untill now
Workout each bodypart 2 x week 9 sets each 4-6 reps
Looking to put on 10-15lbs clean as possible
Thanks in advance for any help


9am
Meal 1:
4 Egg whites + 2 Whole eggs
1 cup oatmeal
- Protein: 30g
- Carbs: 85g
- Calories: 540

11am
Meal 2:
2 scoops Mass gainer + 1 scoop Whey
- Protein: 50g
- Carbs: 78g
- Calories: 625

2pm
Meal 3:
2 cup brown rice
1/2 lb ground beef
Mix veggies
- Protein: 50g
- Carbs: 95g
- Calories: 950

4pm
Meal 4:
1 cup oatmeal + 1 scoop whey
- Protein: 30g
- Carbs: 85g
- Calories: 425

Post-Workout:
1 scoop Isoflex
2 scoops Mass gainer
- Protein: 55g
- Carbs: 75g
- Calories: 655

Meal 5:
2 cups brown rice
1 chicken breast
1 lb yams
- Protein: 65g
- Carbs: 180g
- Calories: 1100

Hour before bed
Meal 6:
1 can salmon/tuna
1 scoop whey
- Protein: 55g
- Carbs: 5g
- Calories: 375


Total Protein: 335g
Total Carbs: 605g
Total Calories: 4700
 
Looks good bro , only thing is I would try And not have as many shakes and replace with more food !! Either way u will bulk for sure :)
 
Yea I thought about that but it's hard to get anymore solid food in especially working 10-12 hours a day.. Other than that any other input..
 
You need to consume essential fats.
Omega 3 eggs, all natural peanut butter, raw almonds.

Man I would gain shit loads of fat with all those carbs.

I lean bulk on about half of those carbs.

Include these good fats and cut your carbs if your gaining too much fat.

So.. I cut down the rice to One cup twice a day instead of 2, removed all shakes but the postworkout one and added some fish oil. Is it normal for the first little while on a bulk for stomach to be bloated?
 
Yeah man don't worry about gaining a little fat when ur bulking , unless ur lean bulking , I go from 10-15% bf when I bulk up hard lol
 
Yes it's normal to be bloated but try see what is bloating you , is it dairy etc because that can be switched around etc!
 
What about adding in 2 slices if whole wheat bread?? Thatd give you another 30 gramps per meal, I usually take em with my shakes
 
So.. Im putting a little fat during this bulk and its the first time in my life I have a belly, and some fat gain right above hip bones. For the past couple days my right lower abdomen right above my hip bone is mild discomfort/pain, feels like a swelling or strain or something.. Is this normal as the fat gain on my lower abdominal area for the first time, its kinda scaring me, hoping its not anything serious...
