guys do u think this diet is OK. please advize

are you looking for the big fat guy look? or are you looking to put massive strain on your kidneys? their is to much damn protein in your diet, which will be converted into straight up body fat....

Don't worry about your kidneys unless you are 120 pounds. You look like you are getting about 300 grams. That is not too bad for someone heavier that 150 pounds. The main problem that i see is that you are taking whey (pardon the pun) too many shakes. Try and go Shake - meal - shake -meal - shake - meal. You are going to need whole food... When I get more shakes than meals in a day my body starts wigging out. You are going to need more veggies and you need to concentrate on getting about .8 grams of carbs per kilo of bodyweight post workout. Go to John Berardi's website and read up on Insulin (everything that he writes is AWESOME - the man is a recovery guru)... Crum's diet seems to be big on Insulin manipulation so learn as much as possible. Drink plenty of water and stick to the diet and you will see results.

Exercise is also very important... Cardio 45 mins ++ at least four times a week on top of weight training.
