Critique my diet

What do you guys think? Im trying to do crums diet and get cut up. Im at about 160 now, 12%.

5:00 - Get up

5:30 – 5:45
1 scoops whey isolate
1 scoop dextros/creatien

6:00 – Workout

7:15 – post workout
2 scoops whey isolate
1 scoop dextros/creatien

8:15
2 scoops whey isolate (with 1 tbs of fiber)
9:15 –

10:30 –
2 scoops whey isolate
1 tbsp flax

11:00 –
12:30
chicken , steak, bacon or tuna with flax

1:35 –
2:30
2 whey isolate

2:50 –
3:50

4:30 –
2 whey isolate
2 tbsp flax


6:00 –
6:30 –
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 tbsp flax

7:30


wtih vegies at random times of the day

300 grams of protein
around 80 grams of fat

I have to, unfortunatly, be using a lot of whey because i am out all day at school, and i commute into the city.

i agree, but it's so hard for me to because of the way my day is. will it really make that huge of a difference as far as cutting goes?
 
If you can down all those shakes, more props to you man..The reason that wont work though IMO shakes wont fullfill you and you'll end up cheating.

that's true, i am never full... i'm very dedicated, so if i need to feel starved to get a 6 pack i will.
