Critique My Cycle Please

Hey all,

I'm 20 yrs. old (21 in 2 months) 5'9" 176 lbs. and have been lurking around these forums for a little while reading and trying to gain knowledge. I have never done a cycle before, but am thinking about it towards the end of the year/beginning of next (December-January). From what I've learned through reading over the past few months, I have tried to piece together a hypothetical first cycle for when the time comes. I would greatly apreciate any criticism, questions, or comments.

1-4 dianabol 25mg/day
1-12 testosterone enanthate 600mg/week
14-17 nolvadex 40mg/40mg/20mg/20mg (more if i feel i need?)
HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - every 5th day till 1 week before novla

liv-52
milk thistle
fish oil
flax seed oil
multivitamin
BCAAs

drink lots of water to avoid bloating :)


and maybe run:
8-12 anavar 50mg/day...........???


and maybe use clenbuterol to cut down once i'm done with everything?

I'm not fully educated on anabolic androgenic steroids yet, and that is part of the reason why I am waiting a few months before I do anything. I really would appreciate input from you guys on what I've stated here.

EDIT: I have extra novla on hand in case of gyno but I doubt I am prone to it (but who knows)
 
bro you are trying to introduce way too many factors and variables for a first cycle

youre too young first off

but the cycle is great minus the clen and var too much for a first imo

you forgot to add protein to that list

hows your diet?

I currently am taking Pro Complex...should I up these doses during a cycle?
I am currently taking:
60mg (2 scoops) in the morning
60mg (2 scoops) before workout
2 scoops Muscle Milk before sleep


My diet is pretty good. I try to stay on top of it as best as possible, but its difficult as a college student. I eat moderate carbs, high protein, moderate fat. I try to eat 5 or 6 solid meals a day (ex. one meal might be a chicken breast, another might be a piece of fish, try to eat veggies with at least one meal, pasta every so often, lot of egg whites!!!, oatmeal, etc.)

I listed many supplements and things that I don't see people talk about too often when asking about cycles, but I'm just trying to cover everything and do everything I can to protect my liver.

Why do you feel anavar is too much? I've read that it helps to keep gains after a cycle, and felt it was mild enough to use on a first cycle. Please advise.

And what is your opinion on clenbuterol? Please advise.

I realize u adressed this to ghost who is a good advisor anyhow (albeit gangsta style hehe). But I thought i'd give u my take on a few things.

U should stick to one compound only on ur first because u have no way of knowing how ur body reacts. That way u'll know the source of any problems u might encounter instantly and so be able to take corrective action. These drugs aren't toys. The single compound should be test cyp or enan at 250-400 mg ew divided into 2 shots.

Forget about clenbuterol for now. That is some harsh shit and u need to know what u're dealing with.

About diet: U state that its hard to keep up being a college student and all. I'm currently doing my masters in polsci and i gotta tell u if u cant follow a structured diet as a student u're not gonna have a prayer when u hit a real job. No diet no dice. The single most important precondition for successful juicing is having ur diet dialled in. When u hit the juice u should be getting 4000 clean cals ed (taking ur stats into account) divided into 6 meals.

The sups look fine to me but i'm no expert on this. Never make the mistake of considering the protein shakes a meal tho. They can NOT replace wholefoods. The 4000 cals is exclusive the shakes. I'd say 3 servings a day was too much UNLESS ur juicing. That seems like a perfect dose while on.
