Looks to me like it is a cutting diet, do you know how many calories and protein/carbs/fat in there?

No, made it up and didn't count. I don't know a ton so any help would be appreciated.

I'm still learning myself. I'll go ahead and ask the stuff everyone usually ask to give advice hah.

Height, Age, current weight. What is your weight lifting routine? And take some time and write down the Nutrional value of the food or goto www.fitday.com and fill it into there. That way we can have some numbers to work with.

Ohh 17, you're still growing. I'll bet you will have no problem with a good bulking diet.

Average bulking diet seems to be around 3500 calories or so.

I'll be back and forth all night, be on till 4:30am or so and will try my best to help you out. I'm just going off of macro-nutrien%'s. I want you say you might want to do 40%carbs/30protein/30fat. It seems I have seen some peoples Carb intake higher then their protein since 2grams per pound of LBM, and no way are you 0% Body Fat, hah. So I'd go with like 250g-275 of protein with carbs higher in grams than that. I've been reading as much as I can and anyone's training log I can get ahold of and I think I've seen carb intake higher than protein, because your body can only digest so much of it.

I'm sure someone will be along to correct my mistakes.
