Critique diet please

Ok last week I posted for some diet help and got lost of feedback. From the guidance you gave me, I came up with this:

1st meal- 2bags of oatmeal
2nd meal- 2 pieces health nut bread/and tuna salad-tuna-mustard-fatfree mayo-relish.
3rd meal- big scoop anpb/2 pieces health nut bread
4th meal- 5 pieces of ostrich sticks-25grams protein
workout
5th meal- tyson chicken fajita strips 1/2 bag. about 58grams protein, isopure 50 gram protein shake, large portion broccoli
6th meal- the other 1/2 of bag of tyson chicken fajita strips
7th meal- isopure protein shake
bed.
I snack on ostrich meat sticks and jerkey throughout day

So far, I have lost 5 pounds of something. keep in mind, i have never really eaten right and always have eaten junk and fast food,(not anymore!!) and I started last week at 273 now I am 268.
Is there any tweeking I could do to make it more effective? Thanks for input and karma to all.

1 Cup cooked Old Fashioned or Steel Cut Oatmeal (what's a bag of oats??)
6 Egg Whites, 2 Yolks
7 Oz of Lean Meat (Tuna, Turkey, 93% lean beef)

2nd meal- big scoop anpb/2 pieces health nut bread
REPLACE WITH:
2 Scoops Beverly Ultra Size in 14oz Water

3rd meal- 2 pieces health nut bread/and tuna salad-tuna-mustard-fatfree mayo-relish.
REPLACE WITH:
8 oz lean Turkey, Tuna, Chicken or Fish
6 oz Sweet Potato or 1 Cup Cooked Brown Rice
1 Cup Salad, 2 Tbsp Newmans Olive Oil & Vinegar Dressing,
or 1 Cup Green Beans

4th meal- 5 pieces of ostrich sticks-25grams protein
REPLACE WITH:
2 Scoops Beverly Ultra Size in 14oz Water

Workout

5th meal- tyson chicken fajita strips 1/2 bag. about 58grams protein, isopure 50 gram protein shake, large portion broccoli
REPLACE WITH:
8 oz. lean Turkey, Tuna, Chicken or Fish
3 Cups Salad, 4 Tbsp Newmans Olive Oil & Vinegar Dressing,
-or- 1 1/2 Cup Green Beans with 1 Tsp Flax Oil (Barlean's)

6th meal- the other 1/2 of bag of tyson chicken fajita strips
REPLACE WITH:
Egg White & Ultra Size crepes...
Only 3 egg whites, or pour able egg whites from carton, 2 scoops Ultra Size
Mix together & make like you would pancakes

7th meal- isopure protein shake
bed.
REPLACE WITH:
Nothing - get rid of this meal

STOP THE SNACKING...Lowers your metabolism in between meals and stops fat burning.

I think i tweaked your diet alright - i think i overhauled it. Your still not eating properly or much that will benefit you. I never give advice I don't follow myself. If you try something like this - 1) It will be simple. 2) You will lose bodyfat and not..."something"..like muscle. 3) You'll spend less money on jerky and frozen fajita chicken. Just get fresh meat - no crap in it like sodium or fillers. Stop eating between meals so your metabolism will rise. Drink at least 1 1/2 gallons of water a day.

If you do the above i guarantee you a radical change. Learn to love tupperware... Good Luck!
