why is it everyone in retail tries to pawn you off too someone else? and they wonder why customers are such assholes

i make a purchase in the beginning of november, but return it

i get my statement, and the return isnt showing

call credit card company.... "call the store"

call corporate cust service... "call the individual store"

call individual store... "call corporate customer service"

fucking insane... i guess my sat morning will be spent playin phone tag

It use to be that bad customer service would hurt a company, but today it doesn't nearly as much.

That and people are becoming lazy and have no pride in their work.

It is because all those stupid companies make money every time anyone uses a credit card, some type of "transaction fee".

They argue among themselves if/when the "transaction fee" will be refunded and by whom.
