creatine depends on how much your body can store, alot of creatine is just passed through urine. Creatine holds on to electrolytes and water causing a small boost in temporary anaeorbic activity like small sets of heavy weights. My guess is you are no well enough informed to be using creatine. Read up on any supplement before taking it. Drink plenty of water and NEVER do the loading phase, you just pass extra amounts out. The more muscle mass you accumulate the more creatine your body can store.
