Creatine???

Does anyone actually use creatine? Have you noticed if it really has much of an effect?

I use PureCEE; I do notice an increase in strength and some cell voulmization

EAS Phosphagen (Creat. mono) has worked best for me, but I will probably come back and try some PureCEE again.

Right now I'm using V12 Turbo from San, great for keeping up post cycle strength and excellent grape taste (very sweet though uses alot of aspartamine) and you don't have to eat carbs or frontload it

PureCee from the anafit store. Pill form, rad pumps, no bloat. Very good supplement!

i use maximuscle creatamax its very good i get not bad gains from it
after 4 weeks i put on 7 pounds and give you power aswell its 50 pounds
so thats about $25

I use it during PCT...during..not for PCT..just to make it clear.
