I'm trying to get a lot more muscular that what I am currently. Been doing a 5x5 workout that has been going well. I was wondering if adding creatine intake would be a good idea.

can you guys help me out on this.

Gaining muscle is going to be dependent most on your diet, you can throw creatine in if you want, but don't expect too much from it. You'll most likely notice a little better between set recovery, and a little strength, but don't expect much more.

Just get your diet into a calorie surplus each day, and keep adding weight each week in your lifts, and you'll gain muscle.

To follow up on what zgzaz had to say, try to get AT VERY LEAST 1gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. It will really help with all facets of your workout.

If you drink a gallon of milk a day and eat 2lbs of lean red meat and shovel down whole eggs, you wouldn't even notice creatine.

This is true. Creatine has made little to no impact recently, since I began my 6 eggs daily minimum + steaks + fish + chicken breast diet.
