I was considering taking creatine again. I took it a LONG time ago, when it first came out and it was a full weeks pay check for a month supply
. I remember it working pretty well. I wasn't sure if it was bad or not back then, but I didn't use it very long for some reason.
I just started a 5x5 programs and I thought that it would be the perfect time to take creatine. The only problem is that I have read many opposing things about creatine. Some say that the weight gain is pure water and when you stop taking creatine, you will lose all the str/weight and it doesn't really help you build muscle mass. I think that if you it allows you to lift heavier weights, then how can you not build more muscle mass then without it. I would just hate to use creatine, and it 6 weeks, if I stopped, to lose strength and weight. Any opinions on it??
