What is the best type of creatine to add to my post workout shake?

I've never used it before so I want to make sure I'm buying the right stuff.

Thanks.

Also, how many grams of creatine should I consume in my shake? I weigh 125lbs.

I have also read you don't want to mix it with your PWO shake but eat it separately instead...

for some reason...

Seems odd to me, since you are washing it down with the shake anywho....

If you are cutting you are aware this will help you hold some water and the balance may not move as fast as before, right? (like if we care about the balance, anyway)

I read the article you posted about the importance of a post work out shake, and I want to try the whole insulin spike thing. Do I really need to use the creatine with it?

nope. Creatine, in a nutshell, is to help you lift heavier as it helps with your ATP stores. The fact that you will retain water is also proven.

For the PWO, you need as a minimu; Whey (better if you have the isolate), water and dextrose.

If you have Maltodextrin even better. Don't drink it all at once, but in two sessions, as discussed in the article.
