Ok im 17 and ive been seeing decent gains from just eating pretty good and making sure i keep working out a priority..now I was ALWAYS curious - all the kids i know always hate on creatine..they say it really doesn't do anything for you..how you gain water weight and its almost like fake muscle

i half figure these kids just want to put down creatine and dont have their facts straight..so im comin here to get mine straight

what i am curious to know is what kind of body does one build up using creatine? like i always see guys at my gym that im not envious of even though theyre incredibly strong because they still look like retards..im kinda curious what everybodys diet is like whose taking roids and whose just eating right and whose just a natural monstrosity

basically im not trying to get huge..just very defined and still strong..
im 6'1" and recently lost 10lbs so i weigh in at 181..

its not a miracle bro,I wouldnt waste money on that, just eat alot of protein and keep your diet clean and you will grow

i say take it. ya got nothing to lose, and of course, eat alot.
2 of my work out buddies, one recently died, (i only mentioned there were 2 because they were twins) but they used to slam creatine twice a day, they were big and strong. maybe it worked, maybe not. of course genetics helped. also they didnt have that bloated look, prolly from being in sports.

but ya, try it. dont expect the results you read about, like cell tech is 1000x better then creatine monohydrate, thats crap.

whats this about fake muscle? its not Synthol lol :)

Creatine is one of my favorite supplements, and one of the few thats worked for me. That and NO2. It can give you stomache problems though. Cell-tech worked best for me. I definately notice an increase in reps, especially on my benches. The extra muscle endurance and water it puts in your muscle makes a big difference. Definately worth a try.

Did you make that post to follow the smaller Oak and outshine him with your avatar????? C'mon, be honest.........lol............

Creatine is good, I use it throughout the cutting season in order to keep my strength .. try it out for a few weeks. It's def not harmful

im 17 also and just started taking creatine ( creapure, creatine monohydrate (3g) + 1/2 cup dextrose and 20g pure whey ) 1 shake 1 hr before lifting , 1 right after i lift.
I also drink a protein shake in the morning and one with milk at night.
i have noticed any increase in size or strength yet ( it is only my 3rd day ) but i have already noticed a difference in my energy. Ill keep ya posted on my progress if you want

At 17 I think you can make solid gains still without creatine. IMO you should keep working out, eat a lot, take protein shakes, and in 1 or 2 years when you need a boost, than start with the creatine, I don't see the rush, especially if you aren't trying to get huge.
