creatine while on ckd?

is it cool to drink some before work out while on ckd?

creatine is fine on CKD, but just remember that creatine will cause some water retention. For alot of people this can play some mind games, so just be aware of how your body is going to react.

Hey I'm not expert, but I think if you use regular creatine with no added sugar, and then use vanadryl to maximize insulin effeciancy. Doing this you should be allset. I like to heat my creatine up so it mixes with the water better - this tends to ease stomach problems.

creatine is useless on a ckd. (unless used on carb up day).

save it for when you're bulking.

i said no to ckd cuase i started playing basketball and i need some energy.. i still run on empty stomach though in the mornigns and try to eat as less carbs as possible and as much protein as i can..with moderate fat intake
