Creatine Monohydrate: Consume 5 grams, 4x per day for the first five days. On training days, consume one serving 30 minutes before working out and one serving 30 minutes after you finish. On non-training days, simply space the four servings out throughout the day. After the loading phase (5 days), use 5 grams, twice per day. Again, 30 minutes prior to and 30 minutes after your workout. Cycle 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off.

Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE): Follow the recommended dosage and timing instructions on the label of the product you are using as each brand differs and CEE is available in both powder and tablet form.

Keep yourself hydrated at all times.

Purchase creatine in its singular form and not as a mixed supplement so that you can be assured of the correct dosage. Dextrose will enhance the utilisation of the creatine, provided it is taken after the creatine but prior to you working out.

It is not necessary to load Creatine monohyrdrate and now that there is CEE there is no reason to even take it. CEE is best 1 hour before workout and half previous dose 12 hours from then.
 
creatine loading phase is a joke... only hurts your body b/c you cant consume more than 10 grams and i say morning as soon as you wake up following a protein drink...
 
Constantly.

I take 60 grams (3 Heaped tablespoons) of Creatine each time I eat.
LOL and I eat 6-8 times a day. This is not inclusive of a 4 litre protein drink laced with 180 grams of creatine I sip throughout the day.
 
I've found that loading helps bring the effects on sooner.

I load at 4x5g taking the last around 5pm and each with food or PWO drink. After loading, I split 5-10g into two or three doses and run the post-loading phase for four weeks. I take at least two weeks off and usually more. I've been running creatine monohydrate for just over a year. When I'm taking it, I always take some PWO.

Creatine uptake is best when you muscles are most engorged with blood.

I take mine right after I train along with some BCAA’s.

Most studies indicate that a 200 lb weightlifter can stay saturated with a daily intake of 3-5 grams!! Much less of what most manufactures recommend. (They make a lot less $$ that way)

On the days you do not train take it during the day sometime.
