I've found that loading helps bring the effects on sooner.
I load at 4x5g taking the last around 5pm and each with food or PWO drink. After loading, I split 5-10g into two or three doses and run the post-loading phase for four weeks. I take at least two weeks off and usually more. I've been running creatine monohydrate for just over a year. When I'm taking it, I always take some PWO.
