creatine+spots

Does anyone notice a few spots when using creatine, im 18, could just be age, but they seem to come and go with creatine use.

As in facial, back or chest spots (teens get them ne way)

Obviously, i will get a few from being 18, but when using creatine i seem to get quite a few.
