Distortion is right. The problem creatine has always had is that it isn't stable in a liquid form. But, they supposedly figured out how to get around this and there's all kind of hype around serum. in my opinion, even if they did figure out how to stablize it in liquid form, why spend the extra money when you can get powder totally cheap now, and you know it works. I'm sticking with powder, works for me:)

Creatine Serum

Creatine as a liguid form has a shelf life of about 10 minutes. So when Muscle Marketing claims they have found a way to stabalize it for up to 2 years...its gold-plated BS. Stick with a good quality monohydrate and avoid any liquid and citrate forms.

Consumer reports rates ProLab's Crea-Pure #1 in best value (600 grams of micronized creatine monohydrate for about $20). Met-Rx has a good micronized creatine monohydrate, as does AST. EAS pioneered the industry with their phosphagen and its is still one of the best available.

muscle marketing sells that creatine serum bullshit.
it is a waste of money, muscle marketing is also coming out with "intensity" in a month or two.
I had a chance to try it,it is SUPPOSED to be ephedrine etc,an energy booster.
I drank half the bottle,which was 10 servings,and I didn't feel anything.
STAY FAR AWAY from muscle marketing.
